Someone dropped an emote from Tofu Dungeon, so it really leads me to believe there isn't much of a location block on them, except for the ones that are obvious nation specific (music ones etc.) Though, according to the patch thing, you'd have to drop the emote somewhere near where it was originally located in its chest? Which is confusing.
